Mamadou Adama Barry | Country Rep (Guinea)
Mamadou Adama Barry is a leading player in Guinean civil society, committed for nearly twenty years to the promotion of human rights, peace and youth. Former President of the National Council of Guinean Youth (2017-2024) and Executive Director of Guinée Impact, he campaigns for social inclusion and fundamental freedoms in Guinea. His background in electoral transparency and peacebuilding, notably with the Consortium pour l’Observation des Élections and the Groupe de Travail Femmes, Jeunes, Paix et Sécurité en Afrique de l’Ouest et du Sahel – Guinée, testifies to his determination for stability in the region.
Professionally, his expertise in monitoring and evaluation is evident in the “Girls and Women for Peacebuilding” project, supported by the United Nations. He is also co-manager of Société Guinéenne de Construction et Prestations, contributing to the country’s economic development. A graduate in Political and Economic Project Analysis and Political Science, he teaches project development techniques and acts as an independent consultant on youth issues, asserting his role as an influencer in the service of Guinea’s progress.
